» Jose M. Hevia replaced Armando Codina as CEO of Coral Gables-based Flagler Development Group. Hevia had been COO and president of its real estate development and construction divisions. Codina is staying on as chairman.

» Ruben Jose King-Shaw Jr. has been named CEO of medical equipment supplier All-Med Services of Florida and the company’s Clinical Medical Services operation in Puerto Rico. Founder Raul Rodriguez will serve as executive chairman. King-Shaw had been COO of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
